Belbin® Self-Perception Inventory (SPI)
Dr. Meredith Belbin’s work at Henley Management College identified nine clusters of behaviour, termed Team Roles. Each Team Role has its particular strengths and allowable weaknesses, and each has an important contribution to make to a team.

  1. Style Matters: The Kraybill Conflict Style Inventory is similar in a number of ways to the Thomas Kilmann but it has a feature making it suitable for users from diverse backgrounds and it sells for less than half the price. http://www.ConflictStyleMatters.com
